Job summary

PNC is seeking a Compliance Program Specialist Senior to oversee front-line compliance risk management within the Enterprise Compliance organization. Based in Pittsburgh, PA / Columbus, OH / Birmingham, AL, you will implement and monitor compliance programs, analyze data, and advise on risk controls to protect the firm from regulatory breaches.

• Roles typically require a university/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan the execution of compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices.
• Analyze data to identify compliance risks and provide resolutions to manage those risks.
• Assess activity for existing and emerging risks and draft or assess Compliance Manuals, Front Office materials, policies and procedures.
• Manage the compliance monitoring program and lead execution of program objectives for the assigned area.
• Edit compliance reports and escalate issues as needed; implement enhanced reporting for regulatory requirements.
