Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned loan portfolio analyst to maintain and service a portfolio with direct client interaction. You will process payments, payoffs, advances, and adjustments with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, an associate degree, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary range.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industry experience at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level or external equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Satisfy client expectations by ensuring requirements in the servicing agreement and loan documents are executed timely and accurately; escalate issues to VPs where appropriate.
• Support loan management functions including payments, payoff requests, line advances, disbursements, file maintenance, loan collateral administration, QC of onboarded loan records, and modifications.
• Maintain proficiency with core loan servicing applications.
• Complete end-of-day work to minimize funding delays and ensure compliance with servicing agreements.
• Review loan documents and collaborate with Vice President to resolve issues and ensure compliant service delivery.
• Follow documented processes, comply with contractual requirements, audit standards and service levels.
• Escalate potential risks to Loan Management Leadership and assist with root-cause analysis.
