Achieve is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales- Personal Loan Consultant to drive loan closes in a fast-paced digital finance environment. This role offers hybrid options in the Phoenix metro and remote work in TX/FL, with a total compensation range of $85,000–$130,000+ annually.

Expect an 8-hour shift across 6:00am–8:00pm PST, a pipeline-heavy workload, and ongoing training at our Tempe, Arizona office. Start date is September 14, 2026, with a high-energy, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center preferred).
• Proven track record in commission-heavy roles with strong closing power.
• Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs during high-energy conversations.
• Manage up to 20 active transactions and maintain a robust pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Close deals within 1–2 calls and drive customer conversions.
• Own your pipeline and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
• Identify customer pain points and articulate how the loan product solves them.
• Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize commission.

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ metro market. We offer remote work in Texas and Florida.

Start Date: September 14th, 2026

Shift(s): Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Hours: An 8-hour shift between the business hours of 6:00am-8:00pm PST

Total Compensation: $85,000 – $130,000+ per year (Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission + Spiffs + Incentives)

What you’ll do:

• Close the Deal: Use your sales skills to influence and move prospects through the loan application and close the sale within 1–2 calls.
• Own Your Pipeline: Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
• Direct Selling: Identify customer pain points (medical debt, home repairs, etc.) and articulate how our best‑in‑class loan product provides the solution.
• Crush Metrics: Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize your commission.

What you’ll bring:

• Sales Experience: 3+ years of recent inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred).
• Closing Power: A proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles. You are motivated by the "win" and the paycheck.
• Speed & Accuracy: Ability to navigate Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while maintaining a high-energy conversation.
• Flexibility: Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and come into our Tempe, Arizona office for a duration of training.
