Achieve is seeking a Debt Consultant to join the Debt Resolution team in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will guide high-debt customers through personalized debt-resolution strategies, balancing empathy with clear financial guidance, and work toward enrollment with 1–2 call closes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inside sales, a proven track record in commission-based roles, and the ability to manage a priority-driven pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with a preference for consultative of financial sales environments.
• Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment.
• Strong ability to navigate both emotional and analytical conversations.
• Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively.
• Confidence discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long term outcomes.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

As a Debt Consultant on our Achieve Debt Resolution team, you’ll work with customers facing higher levels of unsecured debt and guide them through personalized solutions to regain financial control. These customers are often further along in their decision journey but require a skilled, consultative approach to fully understand their situation and confidently move forward.

In this role, you’ll manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities and lead conversations that balance empathy, education, and financial clarity often closing within 1–2 interactions. This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who excel at building trust quickly, navigating complex financial conversations, and driving clear decisions.

We are proudly offering remote and hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ metro market.

Start Date:January 11th, 2027

Shift(s): Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday day shift hours

Hours: 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6:00am-8:00pm start times (MDT- Arizona)

Total Compensation: $75,000- $85,000 on average, and top performers earn $100,000 + annually + benefits. This information represents the expected on-target earnings for this role broken down into an hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions.
