Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily loan processing, documentation, and funding activities for consumer loan products.
• Monitor loan queues, aging, and pipelines to ensure loans are processed accurately and within SLAs.
• Ensure loan packages are complete, accurate, and compliant prior to funding.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex processing issues, documentation discrepancies, and member concerns.
