Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience in banking (noted as preferred).
• Previous computer software and bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Previous loan processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process loans including preparation work, data entry, and follow-up.
• Assist with loan closings as needed.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Assist with loan committee preparation as needed.
• Maintain filing and records systems accurately.
• Answer loan and account questions from customers.
• Record payments and GL entries; address discrepancies.
• Review files for completeness and accuracy.
