Job summary

Bank of Colorado is seeking a Loan Assistant I to support the loan area with processing, input, and follow-up tasks. You will help prepare reports, assist with closings, and respond to customer inquiries, contributing to an accurate, organized workflow.

The role requires a high school diploma (banking experience preferred) and accuracy under deadlines, with opportunities to grow within loan operations in Greenwood Village, CO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience in banking.
• Previous experience with computer software and bookkeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes loans, including preparation work, input and follow-up.
• May assist with loan closings.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Assist with loan committee preparations as needed.
• Establish and maintain filing and records.
• Assist customers with loan or account questions.
• Assist with bill paying and GL entries.
• Track exceptions and process payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance.
