Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years in banking, lending, or credit, PDP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan applications, approvals, and closings with documentation and client communication.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining relationships and service standards.
• Oversee loan portfolio administration: renewals, extensions, reviews, and compliance tracking.
• Manage construction loans within the PC, including draw processes and inspections.
• Monitor past-due loans, maturing credits, file exceptions, and covenant requirements.
• Assist with onboarding, service requests, and cross-department collaboration.
