Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy freighter aircraft and cargo/pax operations.
• Current HazMat Certification and knowledge of applicable regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities across ground, cargo and scheduling teams.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Experience writing technical manuals or procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ground support equipment for cargo and passenger aircraft.
• Coordinate special equipment for unusual loads and oversized cargo.
• Perform weight and balance calculations ahead of flights.
• Review Dangerous Goods documents for compliance.
• Notify Loadmaster of schedule changes and special load requests.
