Job summary

RowsOne is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a Green Bay, WI skilled nursing facility. The role is full-time and on-site, focusing on resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep experience in skilled nursing, capable of developing and supporting department heads and fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state long‑term care regulations.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations.
• Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead and support department heads and facility leadership.
• Oversee staffing, employee performance, and workforce development.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, including budgets and key facility metrics.
• Partner closely with nursing leadership to support strong clinical outcomes.
• Oversee survey readiness and implementation of corrective action plans when needed.
• Develop strategies to improve census, quality, staffing, and overall facility performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, referral partners, and the surrounding community.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and resident‑centered culture throughout the facility.
