Job summary
Woodside Energy is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the development of an integrated LNG feedgas forecasting and optimization capability supporting Louisiana LNG. You will connect upstream gas transport, quality, and commercial activities to LNG terminal operations, building predictive tools and workflows for reliable, informed decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Civil preferred).
- 8–15+ years in natural gas transmission, LNG operations, or flow assurance.
- Experience with interstate or intrastate natural gas transport systems.
- Experience performing hydraulic modeling and optimization.
- Experience supporting decision making during outages and constraints.
- Familiarity with pipeline modeling tools and simulators.
Responsibilities
- Develop hydraulic and flow assurance models for gas transport systems.
- Run steady-state and transient hydraulic simulations to assess performance.
- Analyze outages, maintenance, withdrawals, and market impacts.
- Support gas supply planning through modeling and scenario analysis.
- Lead predictive tools and workflows to improve LNG operations.
