Job summary

iQuasar LLC is seeking a Contract Manager / LMS Administrator Lead to support US Army NCO Academy and SMC. You will lead the contract team, manage the LLC Help Desk and LMS support, and ensure compliant, high-quality academic operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing service contracts of similar size and scope.
• Hands-on LMS administration experience (Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, ATIS Educate).
• Experience supervising teams in a high availability environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Contract Manager and single point of contact for contracting officer and academic staff.
• Oversee daily LMS and help desk operations, and manage courseware/content support.
• Plan and manage 5,616 annual labor hours with staffing and surge coverage.
• Provide senior LMS administration and Tier II/III support for complex issues.
• Coordinate with academic leadership to align LMS activities with schedules and accreditation events.
• Review and approve reports, data extracts, and quality documentation.
• Lead LMS transitions and migration efforts with testing and cutover activities.
• Ensure training compliance and maintain SOPs and knowledge bases.
