Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience or Graduate Degree with 4+ years; in lieu of degree, 10+ years experience.

Responsibilities

Craft high quality proposal text and drawings describing technical solutions.
Participate in discussions and presentations with customers, consultants, vendors and L3Harris personnel.
Formally present technical solutions and product information to customers and professional groups.
Coordinate technical transition of design to implementation system engineer after contract award.
Travel up to 10% and occasional extended hours.
