Visionist, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer for a fully funded opportunity on our largest PRIME contract. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

You will help design and deploy agentic AI workflows and automated pipelines, leveraging Python, to support mission-critical operations and rapid iterations for our user base. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree).
• 12 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Deep experience leveraging LLMs to solve complex problems, including prompt engineering and model optimization.
• Experience integrating AI into automated pipelines and production workflows using APIs and orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows leveraging autonomous planning and tool use to streamline internal operations and improve system efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Python.
• Conduct vulnerability analysis to support mission-critical initiatives.
• Develop and document new tradecraft.
• Execute customer requests and provide technical solutions aligned with mission needs.
• Perform customer outreach to understand requirements and support strategic initiatives.
