Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with State Licensing Authority.
• Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.
• Ability to manage a team and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Wellness Department operations and staff.
• Maintain elder care standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets and financial goals for the Wellness Department.
• Coordinate care with third-party providers (therapy, home health, hospice).
• Lead quality assurance and incident tracking.
