Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare in Minnesota is seeking a Wellness & Enrichment Assistant to help residents maintain their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive well-being in a supportive senior living community.

You’ll assist with planning on-site and off-site activities, determine supply needs, set up and run programs, encourage participation, supervise residents for safety, and follow HIPAA and Edgewood policies. Training and benefits are provided.

• Prior experience in activities or recreation programming, desired.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
• Willingness to train new employees.
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.

Responsibilities
