Lifetime Wellness in McKinney and Plano is hiring a Wellness Assistant to support older adults in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on creating meaningful, person-centered experiences and fostering engagement across physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The position offers part-time hours (16 per week) at one location, with a full-time option (32 hours) at two locations. Compassion, creativity, and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare life enrichment preferred.
• Ability to lead creative, resident-centered programs.
• Compassionate, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead group and individual activities to promote quality of life and social connection.
• Document participation records as required.
• Support engagement through creative programming, events, and community involvement.
• Build relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and staff.
