Job summary

Vi is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator in Scottsdale to develop and execute wellness programs for residents. The role supports recruitment of volunteers and coordination of community resources, maintaining engaging activities that promote whole-person wellbeing.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in recreation for seniors and strong MS Office skills, with High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred. The position runs Sundays 8:30am–5:00pm, in a luxury work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recreation or similar activities for seniors is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Associate Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute wellness programs, activities, and events for residents.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers, independent contractors, and community resources.
• Provide leadership for the Lifestyle department in the Lifestyle Director's absence.
