Job summary

Vi at Silverstone is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to help develop and execute programs that promote whole-person wellness for residents. The role involves coordinating events, leading initiatives, and supporting the Lifestyle Department.

You will recruit volunteers and coordinate with outside contractors and community resources, providing leadership when the Lifestyle Director is unavailable.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recreation or equivalent experience designing social, educational, or leisure activities for seniors.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate development and execution of wellness programs, activities, and events for residents.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers, contractors, and community resources; lead in the absence of the Lifestyle Director.

Responsibilities

Lifestyle Coordinator

Sundays 8:30am-5:00pm

A desirable opportunity exists for an individual to join the Lifestyle department to assist and coordinate in the development and execution of programs, activities and special events promoting whole person wellness for residents. You'll assist with the recruitment and coordination of outside volunteers, independent contractors and community resources and provide leadership for the department in the absence of the Lifestyle Director.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in the field of recreation or appropriate experience in assessing, designing and implementing social, educational, recreational and leisure activities for an active senior population is preferred. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate Degree is preferred.
