Job summary

IVY AT HAWAII KAI is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeking a Driver to safely operate community vehicles and supervise residents during outings. You will assist with activities and maintain a secure, supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications include a Class B or C license with Passenger Endorsement, 21+ years old, and strong communication skills. Health screenings, background checks, and PPE guidelines may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement.
• Prefer two years of passenger vehicle driving experience.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Must pass criminal background check and health screening tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply per policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings and activities.
• Assist with loading residents and belongings onto vehicles.
• Follow all applicable driving laws and vehicle inspection standards.
• Participate in activity staff roles during outings and events.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for residents and staff.
• Promote teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
