Job summary

Lifespace Communities, Inc. is hiring drivers to safely transport residents to scheduled destinations, while maintaining engaging interactions and ensuring a high level of service. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and a clean driving record.

As part of Lifespace's mission to support aging adults, you will operate vehicles with care, keeping them clean and reporting maintenance needs promptly. CDL may be required for certain communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid class B CDL with passenger endorsement preferred (CDL may be required for certain vehicles).
• One year experience driving for seniors preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record with no violations.
• Knowledge of traffic and highway safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents safely to scheduled destinations and track pickups/drop-offs for timeliness.
• Provide a high level of resident engagement during transport.
• Maintain cleanliness of bus and vehicles; report maintenance needs.
