Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid class B commercial driver's license with passenger endorsement preferred (CDL may be required for certain vehicles at some communities)
• One-year experience driving for seniors is preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record (no violations)
• Knowledge of traffic and highway safety rules and regulations, and of the precautions necessary to avoid accidents.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents safely to scheduled destinations and track pick-ups/drop-offs to ensure timely service.
• Provide for a high level of resident engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus and automobiles; report needs for vehicle maintenance.
