Qualifications

• High school degree required; additional college experience preferred.
• Strongly preferred experience in a senior living environment and in activities (minimum two years).
• Proficient in computer skills and possesses general healthcare knowledge.
• Must have a clear and insurable driving record, current driver's license, and willingness to drive a passenger van.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Resident Program team in planning, developing, and organizing various exercises, social, recreational, and educational events.
• Conduct transportation, including medical transportation, for residents.
• Stay informed about communities, services, and events in the area and integrate them into the activity schedule as appropriate.
