This role facilitates group and one-on-one activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities, maintaining calendars and assisting with transportation.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with seniors and advocating for their well-being.
• Ability to connect with residents, families, and staff with empathy.
• Experience in healthcare settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily therapeutic programming aligned with each resident’s care plan.
• Facilitate group and one-on-one activities based on residents’ interests.
• Maintain activity calendars and adjust schedules as needed.
• Assist with transporting residents during events and support volunteers.
• Document participation and progress; contribute to care coordination.
• Ensure HIPAA, infection control, safety, and QAPI compliance.
