Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support residents across the campus with speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy. On-site roles focus on holistic resident care on a continuing care campus in Massachusetts.

The position emphasizes following ASHA guidelines and payer rules, maintaining documentation and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year’s experience working with older adults in related therapies preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license (for the state where service is provided) if applicable.

Aufgaben

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and training across the community continuum of care.
• Follow Federal, State, and payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies; ensure compliant care provision, documentation, billing, and resident rights.
• Provide a holistic approach addressing residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines to offer comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to meet residents’ needs throughout care.
