Qualifications

• Licensed SLP or eligible licensure in the state
• CPR certification is required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings.
• Adhere to Federal, State, payer, ASHA, and company guidelines and ensure compliance in care provision, documentation, billing, and resident rights.
• Take a holistic approach to support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement personal care plans prioritizing resident preferences and routines to foster comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
