Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents with speech, swallowing, cognition, and voice therapy across the community continuum of care. You will conduct screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings.

The role emphasizes a holistic approach, adherence to ASHA guidelines, documentation, billing, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. A CPR certification and a valid state license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adult population.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy Assistant, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Providing speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Following Federal, State, and all Payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Providing a holistic approach, supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout their care.
