Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality food preparation.
• Experience in scratch cooking in a high-volume, fine-dining setting.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Culinary training certification or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain temperature charts and records.
• In absence of the Executive Chef, oversee dining service team during a shift.
• Complete all food production records per company policies.
• Prepare food items following Executive Chef's procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
