Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing services in a senior living environment in Wisconsin. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient goals and daily life communication.

This role requires a Master’s degree with 0–1 years of experience, state licensure, and preferably CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Evaluates patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through clinical assessments, standardized tests, and patient interviews.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings, setting measurable goals to address patients' specific needs.
• Provides therapy to improve patients’ communication skills, including articulation, language comprehension, voice modulation, and fluency, as well as swallowing and feeding abilities.
• Educates patients and their families about the nature of disorders, therapy techniques, and strategies to support progress and enhance communication and swallowing in daily life.

Responsibilities
