Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as an SLP, or eligible before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Minimum commitment of 8 hours per month to maintain active employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication impairments.
• Establish treatment goals and implement SLP programs after evaluations.
• Provide rehabilitative services as part of a coordinated healthcare team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to align patient plans.
• Treat residents one-on-one through private, function-based sessions.
• Deliver personalized rehabilitative care to senior living residents.
