Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech-language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain before starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments with evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP treatment programs after full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate plan of care for patients.
• Provide one-on-one private sessions with functional-based treatment.
