Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. in Florida invites a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. You will evaluate and treat residents with swallowing, communication and cognitive needs, applying evidence-based techniques in a patient-centered approach.

This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, robust benefits, licensure support, CEUs, and ample career advancement opportunities as we help seniors live their best lives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or ability to obtain before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement programs based on clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, function-based treatment sessions.
