Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. You will develop personalized therapy plans and work with families to support progress in daily life.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and 0–1 year of experience. Travel may be required up to 10%; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Current state SLP licensure
• CCC-SLP preferred or required by some roles
• Current CPR certification preferred
• 0–1 years of experience in the field
• Travel: minimally up to 10% as required

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders using assessments, tests, and interviews.
• Develops and implements individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provides therapy to improve communication and swallowing, including articulation, language, voice, and fluency.
• Educates patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques to support progress.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
