Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support residents living on campus with speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy. The on-site role emphasizes personalized care as residents progress through their continuum of care and benefit from a full benefits package.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year working with older adults in therapy, current CPR, and a state license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience with older adults in therapy preferred.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• State license in applicable practice area required, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Follow federal, state, payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies; ensure compliance in care provision, documentation, billing, resident rights, and service quality.
• Support residents’ holistic needs across physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical domains.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and routines to foster comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
