Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents with therapy across the on-campus continuum of care. You will provide screenings, evaluations, treatments and trainings in speech, language, swallowing, cognition, and voice within a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

Applicants should have a current MA license and CPR certification, with at least 1 year of elder-care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience serving older adults preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current valid state license to practice as Speech-Language Pathologist in the service state.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, and voice therapy across the community.
• Follow federal, state, payer guidelines, ASHA requirements and policies.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement personal care plans focused on residents' strengths and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address resident needs.
