Qualifications

CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required.
Maintain a clean driving record to meet insurance requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and safety-focused transportation.
Be dependable, punctual, and communicate effectively with residents and team.
Assist residents with boarding/exiting and accessibility equipment when needed.
Schedule is event-based and may include evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

Safely operate Larksfield Place passenger shuttle buses for outings, excursions, and events.
Transport residents to destinations such as shopping centers, parks, restaurants, and venues.
Assist residents with boarding/exiting, including wheelchair lifts or ramps when applicable.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safety compliance.
Maintain a clean, welcoming vehicle environment and proper records.
Coordinate with Life Enrichment and other departments on schedules and needs.
