Discovery Senior Living in Frisco, Texas is seeking a friendly Server to deliver warm, attentive dining experiences for our residents and guests. You will take orders, serve meals, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our high standards.

You’ll work in a supportive team, follow safety and cleanliness protocols, and assist with opening and closing duties. Prior dining or hospitality experience is helpful, and you’ll receive training and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in dining or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact with residents.

Responsabilidades

• Take meal and beverage orders and serve food in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals and dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menus, and food items to assist residents with selections.
• Set up, maintain, and clean dining room tables, side stations, and surrounding areas.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Practice proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including completing assigned checklists.
• Support orientation and training of new servers as needed.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Assist with dining room organization, flow, and supply placement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
