The Cottages of Carmel, operated by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Server to provide friendly, efficient dining service in our premier senior living community in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California.

Responsibilities include taking orders, entering them into the POS, and setting up/breaking down tables while upholding safety, etiquette, and guest satisfaction. No prior experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.
• Willingness to be trained and work in a senior living environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe environment and support teamwork across departments.
