CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Server to support dining services for our senior living communities. You will serve meals professionally, ensure high-quality food is delivered promptly, and maintain sanitary conditions in service areas and equipment.

Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential, with emphasis on professional behavior and personal hygiene. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required, and some locations may require light lifting and standing for

Qualifications

• Experience in service is beneficial but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude, which fosters a teamwork environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Tactfully and professionally, handle resident concerns and complaints.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
