CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Server to perform a variety of food service functions and maintain clean and sanitary conditions of service area, facilities and equipment in its senior living communities.

You will serve meals to residents and guests, follow safety practices, and support a collaborative team environment while upholding high standards of service. This role may require standing for long periods and occasional travel to different locations.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and foster a teamwork environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve meals in a professional manner and please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties.
• Ensure high quality meals are served in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
