Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Server for our senior living communities in the United States. You will perform food service duties, uphold cleanliness, and contribute to a positive dining experience for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates are friendly, customer-service oriented, and able to work as part of a collaborative team while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to foster a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner to residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure high quality food is served in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints in a tactful, professional manner.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
