Arrow Senior Living is hiring for a Server in Zionsville, IN. You will join a team focused on welcoming residents, preparing dining areas, and maintaining a clean, friendly dining environment for delectable meals.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, assisting with tables, and supporting service flow while ensuring safety and comfort. A positive attitude and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least at 8th-grade level.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be active; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping are required.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and aid after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and help them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Prepare tables and assist with service by rolling silverware and setting up for meals.
• Bus and tidy dining areas to keep the community clean and welcoming.
• Communicate with supervisory staff and Wellness team about residents' dietary needs or changes.
