Arrow Senior Living in Ann Arbor, MI is hiring a Part-Time Server to greet residents, serve meals, and create a warm dining room atmosphere. You’ll work Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30am to 7:30pm, with a role focused on hospitality, safety, and teamwork.

You should be 16+, fluent in English, and ready to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist residents during meals. Benefits include a strong 401(k) plan, health coverage, and opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade level.
• Energetic, positive attitude with residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connection.
• Bussing tables, sweeping floors, and maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and respond to fall events when needed.
