Arrow Senior Living in Zionsville, IN is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server to greet residents, help with dining service, and maintain a welcoming dining room atmosphere. This role requires standing, walking, and aiding residents with meals and mobility as needed.

Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with benefits including 401(k) match and insurance; shift includes Mondays and Sundays evenings, at Holliday Farms location in Zionsville.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle and foster connection.
• Assist with meal service prep and setting tables for service.
• Buss tables and keep dining areas tidy and clean throughout shifts.
• Communicate dietary concerns or appetite changes to Supervisors and Wellness staff.
