Maplewood Senior Living in West Yarmouth is hiring a Server/Waitstaff for year-round work. Various day and evening hours with rotating weekend availability; no experience required, just a positive attitude and a desire to serve others.

The role supports dining room setup, service, and cleaning, with opportunities to grow and participate in a supportive team environment in a luxury senior living community.

Qualifications

• Some kitchen experience is desirable; basic knife skills required.
• Knowledge of food handling operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience operating common kitchen appliances (microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, ice machine).
• Familiar with OSHA-MSDS sheets and procedures.
• Ability to work with residents and coworkers in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, service, and clean the dining room per schedule.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen and dining areas.
• Foster constructive relationships with coworkers and residents.
• Operate kitchen appliances safely (dishwasher, microwave, etc.).
• Assist with food preparation, inventory, and deliveries as needed.
