Maplewood Senior Living is hiring a Server in Washington, DC to join the Dining Services team. You will serve residents and guests, assist with meal service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment.

This full-time role supports our residents with superior hospitality and teamwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a passion for working with seniors; prior experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with seniors.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer experience for residents and visitors.
• Assists with meal service under supervision of Chef/Dining Room Manager.
• Keeps dining areas clean, stocked and orderly.
• Engages with tours and the sales team to present Maplewood in the best light.
• Completes monthly in-service hours per state regulations and policies.
