Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience and passion in working with seniors.
• Experience working in assisted living or another long term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer experience for residents and their visitors.
• Assists with setup, service, and cleanup of dining rooms.
• Performs assignments before dining room opening and after closing to prepare for next meal.
• Assists in meal service under supervision of Chef or Dining Room Manager.
• Keeps snack areas stocked and dining rooms tidy.
• Engages with tours and sales team to create a positive first impression.
• Maintains good rapport with teammates across departments.
