Job summary

South Hill Village Assisted Living and Memory Care in Washington state is seeking a server to join our team and help provide quality dining experiences for residents. You will prepare and serve meals, assist with dining needs, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in a senior living setting.

We value one year of relevant hospitality experience, strong English communication, good judgment, and a commitment to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents according to schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas throughout shifts.
• Assist residents with dining needs and ensure a safe dining environment.
