True Connection Communities is seeking a part-time Server in Delray Beach, FL to warmly greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages. You will resolve service issues, assist with menu questions, and support team members to provide an exceptional dining experience.

The role emphasizes strong listening skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, service-focused attitude. Prior hospitality or service experience is preferred; physical readiness to lift up to 40

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Excellent listening skills and detail oriented.
• Able to ask appropriate questions to deliver the best service possible.
• Experience in a hospitality, healthcare or service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers.
• Takes food and drink orders from customers and answers questions about menu items.
• Relays customers’ orders to other kitchen staff.
• Serves food and drinks to customers.
• Cleans assigned work areas, such as dining tables or serving counters.
• Stocks service stations, cabinets, and tables.
• Sets tables or prepare foodstations for new customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
