Oakmont of Orange is seeking a Server to provide friendly, courteous dining service to residents and guests at our Orange, California community. The role involves taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a safe, welcoming dining environment in line with our values.

We welcome candidates 16+ with a high school diploma or equivalent. Training is provided; background checks and health screenings are required to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.
• COVID-19 safety measures may be implemented per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into POS system.
• Set up and break down tables; maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
